This course contains an introduction to real time systems, tasks definitions, states and related services, scheduling algorithms, inter-task communication methods, mutes, queues and others. Also other RTOS services, interrupts, time management and memory management and a FreeRTOS Workshop and project. Good C programming skills, micro-controller architecture and interfacing knowledge specially interrupt and timers concepts are a prerequisite.

Software Design Engineer, Currently working at Valeo Egypt, he graduated in Alexandria University in 2010 division of Electronics and communication. He has been working as a free lancer instructor from September 2010. He has supported more that 25 graduation projects, 5 masters and 3 PHDs in the field of Embedded systems and VLSI design. He had been working as a part time research assistant in the Electronic Research Institute and a full time Research and Development Engineer for two years before joining Valeo in October 2013.
