TE Data academy is a training program that takes place yearly in TE Data during July, August & September for the professional development of the students of Egyptian universities, to help shape their future career path and also as a sort of practice on the work environment, besides being creating an opportunity to spot young engineers with high potentials for future career opportunities in TE Data.

On Sunday 2nd of December, 2012, a session hosted by IEEE Alexandria Student Branch (IEEE AlexSB) introduced the TE Data Training Academy, and talked about how to apply for it, in addition to listing the needed qualifications and skills for the students to be hired. Mr. Sherif Latif Zaki –the speaker– emphasized on the benefits of having such training, and explained that there are three phases that students have to pass through in order to start the training. Then he talked about the steps that everyone should take after graduation, how to write a unique CV, and how to pass an interview.
